The East Central Synod of Wisconsin walks with congregations through the transition process. Whether that transition is a change in pastoral leadership, congregations seeking new direction, or walking through conflict, this synod is available with the tools and resources necessary to help.

Has your pastor recently announced their resignation to your congregation? The first step for the congregational president is to reach out to Pastor Nate Gauerke. He will be your contact person from the synod accompanying your congregation throughout the transition process. Your next step will include arranging for an Exit Interview with your pastor, your Council, and Pastor Nate.
