Let’s talk about faith.

God's love is for everyone - but it can be hard to talk about that. How can we take what we have experienced in life to share with others who Jesus is - who he came to love and what he came to do? Join with lots of other students from around the region for a fun weekend of meeting new friends, taking time to play and rest, and reflecting on your own story.

With engaging age appropriate workshops, time in God's glorious creation, and gathered together in one worshipping community for fellowship and FUN, congregations from across the ECSW are invited to bring their middle school and high school youth as we explore the theme, Journey with Jesus.

Registration now open and closes January 31st! Cost - $175 for Youth and $65 for Adults.

pastor asher

The Rev. Asher O'Callaghan (he/him), Associate to the Bishop in our synod, will be our primary speaker. Pastor Asher is uniquely equipped to share his faith story with those who experience God in the changes and challenges of life. He's ready to encourage us to make sense of God's presence and grace on the journey.

  • Registration is due by January 31st.

  • Each group should have a head chaperone who will serve as the primary contact for the congregation.

All groups should have one adult chaperone (21 years of age or older*) for each group of 10 youth of the same gender.

You may share adult chaperones with other groups (i.e. 2 male youth from church X and 3 male youth from church Y with one adult chaperone from church X). It is the responsibility of the Head Chaperone to arrange “chaperone sharing” and these groups should register together as one group on one Gathering Housing Payment Form.

If a chaperone older than 21 is not available, please contact the people listed on the Registration Fee Worksheet. We will try to work with you and other congregations. The Synod Board will not be responsible for un-supervised participants. Congregations will assume responsibility (property, financial, etc.) for their group throughout the gathering.
